Takes an address and returns text formatted as a URL to display a Google Map. This can be used to open a URL or Web Viewer window.

Street can be on multiple lines, and can contain unit numbers etc. Any extra text will be removed.

State can be abbreviated or full.

If country field is empty, it will default to the country set in DefaultCountry variable.

Hi, feeling foolish. This is the 2nd Google Map custom function I've tried and cannot get to work. Using FM 12 Pro on Windows.

Steps: On creating a new custom function, carefully pasting the code into the Edit Custom Function window, on saving I'm getting an error "The specified parametre cannot be found" It then highlights Street

Please could someone walk me through this? I am new to Custom Functions.

Many thanks,

Many thanks Chris. Figured out the bigger problem was FM not having Google code for South Africa.

Like your approach and thanks for sharing it with us.
