Then I looked at FlipACoin (by Chris Kubica, Application Architects, LLC http://www.applicationarch.com) to add in the randomizing the upper and lower case letters.

First the function does a substitution on groups of letters. Then, upper and lowercase letters are randomized. Finally there are a set of substitutions for certain letters. You can add your own to the list, just follow the pattern below. The interesting thing about this order of substition is that it randomizes the result more.

You may want to put a word count on your phrase field and not generate a password unless there are enough words in the phrase.
