There might be some entities i haven´t included, like the mathematical entities ...

All of the Substitute pairs are identical. It appears the HTML character entities got translated to actual characters somewhere along the way.

This function doesn't work actually.

To make it work, you have to modify the first caracter to substitute.
So it should look like Substitute ( Text; ["\""; " "]; ect ...

By the way, thanks for the function !
