Returns the character for the given ascii value

Syntax: Chr ( ascii )
Returns the character for ascii value 0-255

Return type: Text

Note: Not all fonts are able to display all characters.
These characters show up as square.

This function seems to cause FMP 11v4 DDR to fail due to high characters in the calc.
