Adds extra pixeles to window based on platform

  Function definition: (Copy & paste into FileMaker's Edit Custom Function window)

width + Case ( Abs(Get (SystemPlatform)) = 1; 15;27) Click to copy

adds 15 or 27 pixels (by platform respectively) to a window.

If I know a layout object is 300 pixels wide this will add the extra pixels required to make the new window size fit precisely.
