removes a_value from a_list // *.cs = Case Sensitive

  Sample input:
value.remove.cs ( "123¶456¶789" ; 456 )
  Sample output:
"123¶789"

One of the value.* suite of Custom Functions for working with FileMaker Lists and Values.
One use case is when working with lists of RecordIDs.

I created a funcion based on your one.
It removes an existing item or adds a non existing one.
