Check if given number is a correct "OCR" number for bank transfer in the national Swedish BankGiro system. True = 1.

Checksum is 10-based, meaning you take the sum of all numbers except the last digit and keep the single number, such as "1" in the sample input above, where the checksum is "51".

Written in FM19 (While function).
