Why should I care? Here is one use case...

If you are navigating to a Layout that might have been renamed, for example, in a code clean up work flow where you are using an FMP URL...you will want to use code that takes "a_layout_ID" as input and converts it to a LayoutNumber. Then use script step "Go to Layout [Layout Number]"
