Get extension of whatever text.

Sample input:

GetExtension ( "HelloWorld.Bye.png" )

Sample output:

"png"

Function definition: (Copy & paste into FileMaker's Edit Custom Function window)

RightWords ( Substitute ( File ; "." ; " " ) ; 1 )

Its a simple custom function to extract the extension of a filename or whatever you want, if the name have more than 1 point always get the last.

UPDATE: I finded a better way to extract the extension, added to the function definition
