ExactPatternCount (

)

Sample output:

// ExactPatternCount ( text ; searchString )
// Returns the exact count, including case sensitive search

( Length( text ) - Length( Substitute( text ; searchString ; "" )  ) ) / Length( searchString )

Sometimes it's important to be able to differentiate between "t" and "T" when searching using PatternCount.
