"A word of gratitude about Brian Dunning's presentation: He was
the first professional FileMaker I ever met at a presentation in
Orange County, and his presentation impressed me then to commit
to a career change. He is one of the smallish group of FileMaker
presenters who can, and once again has, clearly come across to
me as an intellectual in his field. What's that? Someone who emanates,
like sparks from a steel, great powers of reflection and projection
on his subject and beyond, and I am grateful for the perspectives
I gained by that. Thank you, Brian."

A message from Brian Dunning
Thank you for visiting my web site. Its purpose is to provide
you with the knowledge and tools you need to become a more effective
software developer and businessperson.
Much of the success I've enjoyed has come directly from the sale
of software products built primarily with FileMaker Pro, in various
industries. Much more than just a personal database, FileMaker
Pro is also a powerful application development environment, and
modern tools make it possible to sell finished software suites
that the user might never know are built on top of FileMaker Pro.
I've spent years doing this, and had great successes, as well as
a few failures to learn from.
I recently spent four months compiling all of this experience
into a single, specific source, intended to help others successfully
sell software built with FileMaker Pro. I call it ToMarket,
and my strongest recommendation is that you get
it now. It's the next best thing to having me sit by your side
while you work.
If you're looking for more specific assistance with a FileMaker
LAN or Web application, I offer a large selection of tools from
small components like Weblets or Calendar
Snap, to unique learning packages like ChartMaker
Pro. Please glance through my whole catalog here.
And don't forget to browse through the free
magazine articles and educational
books that I've written as well.
Best of luck to you, and I wish you every success in your business.
