  Sample input:
encodeEmail ( "jane@yourdomain.com" , "Jane Elizabeth" )
  Sample output:

  Function definition: (Copy & paste into FileMaker's Edit Custom Function window)

When generating web pages from a database this function will convert the email address portion of the mailto link into a hexadecimal string. While not 100% affective in stopping the harvesting of email addresses, it reduces it considerably.

Numbers in email addresses are not encoded.
