Calculated Address block from separate fields - handles missing elements

Sample Input:

AddressBlock(
Company;Contact;addLine1;addLine2;addLine3;$null;city;state;zip;Country
)
Note: AddressLine4 is not used, therefore $null placeholder is entered in place in field calc.

Description:

Streamlines creation of multiple calculated name-address blocks.
Automatically closes up blank lines.
I've always found it easier to deal with a calculated address block for invoice headers, labels, etc., rather than with groups of individual fields.

Note: non-US addresses may need further development.
