Description:

For taking a letter or other text and quickly converting it into a template for mailmerges, etc. Makes it easy to identify gender pronouns.
I'm sure there's a more elegant way to do this, but this seems to get the job done.

- updated 6/13/06 to include "himself" and "herself".
