Trims out all leading zeros from the supplied text; if the text includes only zeros then all are stripped out.

  Sample input:
TrimLZ(“0000010.50”)
  Sample output:
10.50

For users who work with a lot of legacy data where zeros rather than spaces are used to fill out a field, this function makes it easy to remove the leading zeros, making life easier for the end users who do not want to see all of those leading zeroes.
