For rest of us I little beet recreated Lee Smiths function: Elapsed ( ISO D M Y or ANSI Y M D with changeable Date Names for Y M D )in 6 languages
(sixth - 6th can be changeable).

Input:
StartDate = Date
EndDate = Date
Type: ANSI (Default) or ISO
Output: Text
