When using the TextColor ( text ; RGB ( r ; g ; b ) ) Function, would you prefer passing in the HEX code?

When using the TextColor ( text ; RGB ( red ; green ; blue ) ) Function do you pass in separate red, green, and blue values?
Or do you pass in the result of the RGB function
Would you prefer passing in the (perhaps more familiar) HEX code of the color?
