Clears a bit in a value

Sample Input:
BitClear ( 33 ; 5 )
Sample Output:
1


 Then copy & paste into FileMaker Advanced's Edit Custom Function window.

Click here to copy To Clip Manager if you have myFMbutler's Clip Manager installed

Description:

Clears a bit in a value

Syntax: BitClear ( value ; bit )
Returns the value with the bit set to 0

Return type: Number
Uses function BitTest()
