  Sample input:
MkDir("/Volumes/Test/"; "NewFolder")
  Sample output:
None, created if not exist, not created if exist.

  Function definition: (Copy & paste into FileMaker's Edit Custom Function window)

This script is based on an other script by Kenneth Durrum, Released Solutions, but did not work on Yosemite for me, so I rebuild it to make it work.
