CurrentTime_Plus_Hours_Minutes (5 ; 0 )

Sample output:

Get ( CurrentTimeStamp ) + Hours * anHour  + Minutes * aminute)

This is a reverse of CurrentTime_Less_Hours_Minutes (Hours ; Minutes).
Uses maybe to set a timestamp or a due date in the future.
