This function is great as an auto enter calculation for fields that need to be formatted as one line like company names, city, zip, street address, etc. It fixes a lot of data entry errors that can be confusing and ensures that reports look nice when using these fields. Just make the auto enter calculated value as "FormatOneLine (Self)"
