Counts number of times a day or days occurs over a date range
Sample Input:
| _DayCounter ( Date ( 1 ; 1 ; 2010 ) ; Date ( 3 ; 31 ; 2010 ) ; "2ΒΆ4" ) |

Description:
For example if you want to know how many Mondays and Wednesday occur between Jan 1st and March 31st. (For example in 2009 it was 25 in 2010 it as 26)
