Returns angle for any rise/run ratio

Sample Input:

Description:

American roofers describe a roof's slope or pitch as a ratio of rise (in inches) for every 12" of horizontal run. Engineering calcs often call for this same slope to be expressed as an angle relative to horizontal. This calc. returns the angle for any ratio of (positive) rise/run.
