Used to start a smarpill progress bar

Used to integrate smartpill php progress bar when I don't want to worry about load external functions.

Must be used with phpProgressBar_Update and phpProgressBar_Close

nice function, but i need to see PHP_execute ( phpCode ) and it does not seem to be listed.
