This function merges 2 value lists. The values that do not exist in listA are appended to it.

Appears to fail when merging some pairs of number strings listA 22;27;113;114;119;122;123;124;125;126;127 listB 22;26;113;114;115;116;117;119 merge 22;27;113;114;115;116;117;119;122;123;124;125;126;127 No 26 in merged list
